Nalyn Siripong is a Senior Data Scientist with the University of Pittsburgh. As part of the Pitt IT’s Office of Analytics and Transformation, she identifies opportunities to automate and streamline business processes and improve efficiency, by developing and deploying machine-learning models and dashboards that deliver value to the business.
Prior to joining Pitt IT, Nalyn was a statistician supporting clinical researchers at the University and in collaborations with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She also conducted cost-effectiveness and policy research with international agencies, including branches of the World Health Organization, the Asian Development Bank, and the Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (GFATM).
