Speaker Bio

Christine Deacons, PhD
Head of Solutions
Pathify

Christine Deacons is a student success expert with over a decade of experience studying how to leverage technology to support college students. She has a PhD in Educational Leadership and has worked in higher education in leadership roles including Director of Academic Support Programs and faculty in the College of Education.

Christine is the Head of Solutions for Pathify. In her role, she manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Pathify’s Solutions Team and develops strategic solutions for customers. Her wealth of experience on both the institutional and vendor side uniquely positions her to develop long lastings relationships and solutions with higher ed partners.

Previously as Vice President of Student Success and Research at Ready Education, she was responsible for speaking at industry events, writing thought leadership op eds, data analytics, and strategic customer launch and retention planning.

In addition to this work, she sits on the Board of Directors for the Student Advocacy Center and is an advisor for the Washtenaw County My Future Fund program.
