When Concordia University, St. Paul (CSP) transitioned from a system-wide instance, to an independent approach, the institution decided it was time to move its administrative system, Ellucian Banner, to the cloud. Requiring a cloud hosting provider, CSP found that Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) provided the infrastructure to leverage the most Banner functionality while containing technology operations costs and minimizing risk.
